40th Anniversary Dinner Dance

Well done to all involved in organising Saturday night’s Dinner Dance in The Grand Hotel (particularly Stephen O’Gorman). There was a terrific turnout of present and past members which, coupled with Friday’s very successful ‘Golden Oldies’ benefit game (for Keeleigh Flynn – spearheaded by Peter Smith) capped a brilliant weekend for the club.

Presentations were also made by captains Eoin Farrell and Chris Kirk to the respective management teams - Mark Dunphy & Derek Farrell (Second Division 2B Champions), and Joe Williams & Chris Jones (First Division).

Successful Annual Christmas Day Swim
also supporting Tramore Order of Malta

Thanks to all who took part and supported our very successful second annual Christmas Day Swim, including John & Margaret O'Neill for the hot toddies back on dry land and Noel Browne and Thomas Brett for the snaps. Also to Keith Comerford & Co from co-beneficiaries Tramore Order of Malta who thankfully weren't called into action! All sponsorship monies are due back early in the new year - we'll do it all again in 12 months time!

About us

We are an amateur football (soccer) club located in the
seaside town of Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland.

We were founded in 1972 and have been based at
'The Orchard', Newtown, Tramore since the late 1980s.

We have two adult men's teams playing in Divisions 1A
and 2B of the Waterford & District Junior League.

Our home colours are an all-black strip with white trim.
Away colours are white & black / light blue & black.

National recognition at FAI Three Awards

Tramore Rangers won the 'Best Website' accolade at the Three FAI Communications Awards presented at a gala banquet in Ennis, Co Clare on Friday, July 15. Guests included Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni and former international Ray Houghton. Tramore AFC won Club of the Year - a brilliant achievement, while Waterford lensman Noel Browne took the Best Photograph honours. For full details click here

Our annual awards were presented following our successful Race Night fundraiser in O'Neill's Bar on Saturday, May 21. Well done to the deserving winners.
